Call to Prayer Helps Find Baby Missing After Nice Terror Attack

When Pastor Rebecca Boulanger saw a Facebook post about a baby boy missing in the aftermath of the attack in Nice, she immediately launched a prayer campaign. She was home with her husband when she saw a friend’s post urging people to be on the lookout for a less than year old child who was separated from his parents in the panic of the terror attack.
